A wonderful list! I really liked Monopoly and Sorry and the very similar
(to Sorry) Trouble with the cones and pop-o-matic. I liked word games too.
Scrabble, Boggle, and Scattergories were some of my favorites.
I didn't include the word games, as I consider those a separate category of
game. Naturally, I liked those, too, especially Scrabble.
That is interesting the order in which you put the board games. That is
about the same order and the same list of games I received as well.
I still like Clue & Monopoly. These games were just as much fun from the
POV of a parent. My family (my sisters/brothers, etc.) still ends up in a
death match of team Trivial Pursuit when we get together.
These games bring back many good memories. I still like a good game of
Scrabble! My mother had great pleasure beating me at monoply. We used to
play when we were both patients in the same hospital room when I was 12
yrs. old.
"Risk" was (and still is) one of my personal favorites.
